Home and Away spoilers follow from this week’s Australian-pace episodes, which some UK readers may prefer to avoid.

Home and Away aired four new episodes in Australia this week, as Jasmine Delaney struggled to keep her secret and Colby Thorne vowed to get answers in the Diner robbery investigation.

Here are seven big questions we’ve been left with after the latest episodes.

1. Will Jasmine be caught out?

Jasmine remains fixated on baby Grace as she continues to struggle following Robbo’s death and her experience with a false pregnancy. In tragic scenes, she’s secretly living out a fantasy – seeing Grace as her own daughter and posing as the little one’s mother on an online forum.

While Jasmine has largely managed to keep her worrying behaviour under wraps, she was thrown into a panic this week as a woman from the forum tracked her down in Summer Bay.

Jasmine managed to get her surprise visitor away for a private chat, ensuring that her friends didn’t find out what she has been up to. However, stressed-out Jasmine then spun a number of new lies to her internet friend, claiming that Robbo is still alive and that she needs to be careful who she has contact with because he’s still undercover with the police.

Although Jasmine was relieved when her visitor left again, we could be seeing the seeds planted for how the truth will inevitably be exposed. Could her fellow online poster pop up again?

2. Could Willow uncover Jasmine’s erratic behaviour?

Most of the Summer Bay residents are oblivious to Jasmine’s current troubles. Tori is currently determined to see the best in her despite some concerning signs, including Jasmine failing to answer her phone when babysitting Grace.

Willow, however, has noticed some clues that Jasmine is struggling. She is also aware of Jasmine’s involvement in the online forum, although she hasn’t checked the posts out for herself and doesn’t realise what her friend has been writing.

With the biggest indications of Jasmine’s problems clear to see if anyone accesses the page, could Willow sneak a look at her forum activity?

3. Will the Paratas be drawn into the Diner investigation?

A police investigation is ongoing after somebody broke into the Diner to commit a robbery, leaving Leah shaken when she stumbled across the criminal at work. So far, the Summer Bay cops haven’t managed to catch their culprit.

Colby thought he’d uncovered a clue this week when he asked Gemma to give her fingerprints to help rule her out as a suspect. Gemma declined, citing it as an invasion of privacy, but Colby was suspicious over her stance.

The local policeman did some background checks and uncovered the criminal pasts of the Parata family, leaving him convinced that one of them may have something to hide. He was particularly intrigued to learn of Ari’s previous record and couldn’t understand how they’re affording their expensive new house in the Bay.

Dean was not impressed with Colby for jumping to unfair conclusions about the Paratas, but his intervention may not be enough to stop his friend from investigating them more closely.

4. Will John and Marilyn reunite properly?

John was discharged from hospital this week and returned to his family home, where he continued his recovery from his stroke. He’d been living at the caravan park prior to his health crisis, but Marilyn has invited him to move back in after agreeing to be his carer.

The married couple have faced some early hurdles, with John’s pride over his physical limitations and Marilyn’s fussing not an ideal combination. Despite this, Marilyn is determined to move forward and support John in any way she can.

When Alf paid a visit, John acknowledged that he and Marilyn aren’t yet back together properly – but expressed hope that she’d still want him to stay even after he has recovered. After their tensions earlier in the year, can the Palmers ultimately get their marriage back to what it was?

5. Have Maggie and Ben turned a corner?

It was a make-or-break week for the Astonis, with Maggie packing her bags and threatening to move to Italy amid her continued estrangement from Ben.

Ben fought for his marriage at the eleventh hour, almost getting himself injured when he stood in front of Maggie’s car and stopped her from leaving.

After an all-night chat where they laid all of their cards on the table, Maggie and Ben vowed to put the Marco drama behind them and reunite. They reported back to their daughter Ziggy that Ben would be moving back in and Maggie no longer planned to jet off abroad. Have we finally heard the last of the Marco fiasco?

6. Can Ziggy and Dean get back on track?

Ziggy was given a wake-up call when Dean took her away on a romantic drive and hike. It seemed like a random gesture, until Dean dropped the bombshell that he was celebrating their one-year anniversary.

Ziggy was mortified and had to admit that she’d completely forgotten about their milestone, having spent most of her recent time stressing out about her parents’ marriage.

Dean was unfazed by Ziggy’s mistake and they went on to enjoy their time together, with Ziggy realising that she needed to focus on her own relationship and stop worrying about everyone else’s. Can the popular Summer Bay couple start investing more time in each other?

7. Is Evan leaving for good?

Evan has moved in with the Stewart family after an invitation from Ryder, which was supported by Roo and Alf. However, the upsetting reality of his terminal illness became clear when his symptoms became more severe, disrupting his quality time with his son.

Evan didn’t feel comfortable with Ryder seeing him struggling and ultimately announced that he wanted to leave the Bay. Ryder was devastated at the prospect of his time with Evan being cut so short and struggled to accept this decision. Evan stood firm by telling Roo that it was the right move – will he really say his goodbyes?

Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.15pm and 6pm on Channel 5 (UK) and 7pm on Channel 7 (Australia).
