The TV star shared a clip of a workout led by her long term instructor Maxine Jones. Despite being unable to attend the fitness instructor’s dance aerobics classes in person due to coronavirus regulations, Lorraine has been keeping up online.

She shared a clip of Maxine leading a lively class, captioning the post: “How I miss this @Maxicise.tv – but I am doing online which is the next best thing.”

Lorraine attributed her body transformation to Maxine aka Maxicise.TV and even released a workout DVD entitled Lorraine Kelly: Living to the Max with Maxine Jones back in 2015.

The two have a close friendship with Lorraine singing Maxine’s praises. They even appeared on Loose Women together back in 2016.
